Complete Conference Interpreting — Nothing Left to Chance

We manage every dimension of the conference interpreting process — interpreter selection, equipment, logistics, briefing, and day-of coordination — so your event runs without language barriers.

🎧

Simultaneous Interpreting

Real-time interpretation through soundproof booths and delegate headsets. Events run at full pace with no pauses. Multiple languages supported in parallel. Standard for conferences of 30+ attendees.

🗣️

Consecutive Interpreting

Speaker pauses every few sentences while the interpreter renders the content. Ideal for small meetings, roundtables, press briefings, and bilateral executive sessions where precision matters most.

🔧

BOSCH Equipment Provided

We supply a complete set of professional BOSCH simultaneous interpretation equipment — booths, consoles, infrared transmitters, delegate receivers — with a dedicated on-site technician throughout the event.

🏭

Industry-Specialist Interpreters

Every interpreter is matched to your event’s subject matter. Technology, finance, medical, legal, manufacturing, sustainability — our network covers every major industry with practitioners who know the terminology.

📋

Full Briefing Support

We collect all speaker materials, presentations, and agenda in advance and brief interpreters thoroughly before your event. Preparation is what separates professional conference interpreting from improvisation.

Common Questions About Conference Interpreting
How far in advance should I book for a conference?
For standard events, four to six weeks is advisable to ensure the right interpreter match for your industry. During peak season — Canton Fair (April, October), major trade exhibitions — book eight to ten weeks ahead. Equipment logistics also require lead time for venue assessment and setup planning.
Why do simultaneous interpreters always work in pairs?
Simultaneous interpreting is one of the most cognitively demanding professional tasks in existence. A single interpreter working alone will experience quality degradation after 15–30 minutes of sustained work. Certified pairs rotating every 15–30 minutes is the international professional standard — not a preference, but a requirement for maintaining quality throughout an event.
Can you provide interpreting equipment as well as interpreters?
Yes — we supply a complete BOSCH professional simultaneous interpretation package including soundproof booths, interpreter consoles, infrared transmitter systems, and delegate receiver headsets. A dedicated on-site technician is included to manage setup, testing, and any issues throughout the event.
What cities in China do you cover?
We cover all major Chinese cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Dongguan, and Hong Kong. For events in cities outside our immediate base, we coordinate locally stationed interpreters and arrange equipment logistics in advance.
Can the same team handle both simultaneous and consecutive interpreting at one event?
Yes. Many events involve both — a formal conference session with simultaneous interpretation, followed by a smaller executive dinner or roundtable using consecutive. We plan the transition between modes as part of the event preparation, ensuring the right setup and interpreter profile for each segment.
