I’ve met people from different countries and they tend to use different terms while searching for an interpreter (one who translate orally). Some will search Chinese translator and some Chinese interpreter. However, personally I think interpreter is a more accurate word when you look for someon who will orally translate when you travel in China. The fact is, more people are used to using “translator” instead. Anyone who can explain?
