User Agreement
By visiting Interpreter Database or using our Service, you agree to comply with the Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms, please do not access Interpreter Database or use our Service. This agreement is the only agreement between interpreterdatabase.com and users of the interpreterdatabase.com site. Any other agreement means nothing. We reserve the right to change or update this agreement at any time. By using the site after that, you agree to the new terms.
Membership
Our service is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, please do not use interpreterdatabase.com.
Registration
You may not misrepresent yourself or your firm.
User Account
You are entirely responsible for your own password and account. Also, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You may change your password at any time by Edit Profile; however, you may not register additional accounts under alternative names. If you think your user name and password is being used by someone else, you should let us know.
Messages and Files
We are not held responsible for the deletion or failure to store files, messages, or any other property made using the Service.
User Conduct
Your use of the Service is subject to all applicable local, provincial, national and international laws and regulations. You must agree (1) to comply with China law regarding the transmission of technical data exported from China through the Service; (2) not to use the Service for illegal purposes; (3) not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Service; (4) to comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of networks connected to the Service. Without limiting any other remedies, interpreterdatabase.com may terminate your account if you are found (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site. User agrees not to transmit through the Service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature. User further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, provincial, national or international law or regulation. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our computer systems are prohibited. User shall not interfere with another user’s use and enjoyment of the Service or another entity’s use and enjoyment of similar services.
Services
Interpreterdatabase.com service providers provide interpreting, sourcing, tour guide services etc. The service rates do not include any other fees (e.g.: transaction fee used for payment, transportation fee etc.). Clients have to be responsible for all the activities within the service duration, like transportation, meals, etc. unless agreed with service provider. (cost of traveling to other places and accommodation will be paid by the client)
interpreterdatabase.com service providers’ work time: one (1) day <= 8 hours; 0.5 day <= 4 hours. Please confirm with service providers for extra working hour costs.
The quotation listed in the website is for common business assistant or city guide (English-Chinese) only, for conference, meeting interpreter or other language, rates will be re-quoted according to your needs.
Disclaimer of Warranties
USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT USER’S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. INTERPRETERDATABASE.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
INTERPRETERDATABASE.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES INTERPRETERDATABASE.COM MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
USER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT USER’S OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT USER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO USER’S COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL AND/OR DATA.
INTERPRETERDATABASE.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY USER FROM INTERPRETERDATABASE.COM OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Limitation of Liability
INTERPRETERDATABASE.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASE OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER’S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF INTERPRETERDATABASE.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold interpreterdatabase.com, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of user’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement by you, or the infringement by you, or other user of the Service using your computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
Termination
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to interpreterdatabase.com at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms of Service. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, or that may otherwise affect the enjoyment of interpreterdatabase.com or the Internet by others may be grounds for termination of your access to interpreterdatabase.com at our sole discretion, and you may be
referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement will remain in place.

1、用户理解并确认，在使用本服务的过程中，可能会遇到不可抗力等风险因素，使本服务发生中断。不可抗力是指不能预见、不能克服并不能避免且对一方或双方造成重大影响的客观事件，包括但不限于自然灾害如洪水、地震、瘟疫流行和风暴等以及社会事件如战争、动乱、政府行为等。出现上述情况时，Interpreter Database将努力在第一时间及时进行修复，但是由此给用户或第三方造成的损失，Interpreter Database在法律允许的范围内免责。
2、本服务同大多数互联网服务一样，受包括但不限于用户原因、网络服务质量、社会环境等因素的差异影响，可能受到各种安全问题的侵扰，如他人利用用户的资料，造成现实生活中的骚扰等等。用户应加强信息安全及使用者资料的保护意识，要注意加强密码保护，以免遭致损失和骚扰。
3、用户理解并确认，本服务存在因不可抗力、计算机病毒或黑客攻击、系统不稳定、用户所在位置、用户关机以及其他任何技术、互联网络、通信线路原因等造成的服务中断或不能满足用户要求的风险，因此导致的用户或第三方任何损失，Interpreter Database不承担任何责任。
4、用户理解并确认，在使用本服务过程中存在来自任何他人的包括误导性的、欺骗性的、威胁性的、诽谤性的、令人反感的或非法的信息，或侵犯他人权利的匿名或冒名的信息，以及伴随该等信息的行为，因此导致的用户或第三方的任何损失，Interpreter Database不承担任何责任。
5、用户理解并确认，Interpreter Database需要定期或不定期地对“Interpreter Database”平台或相关的设备进行检修或者维护，如因此类情况而造成服务在合理时间内的中断，Interpreter Database无需为此承担任何责任.
6、Interpreter Database依据法律法规、本协议约定获得处理违法违规或违约内容的权利，该权利不构成Interpreter Database的义务或承诺，Interpreter Database不能保证及时发现违法违规或违约行为或进行相应处理。
7、用户理解并确认，对于Interpreter Database向用户提供的下列产品或者服务的质量缺陷及其引发的任何损失，Interpreter Database无需承担任何责任：
(1) Interpreter Database向用户免费提供的服务；
(2) Interpreter Database向用户赠送的任何产品或者服务。
8、在任何情况下，Interpreter Database均不对任何间接性、后果性、惩罚性、偶然性、特殊性或刑罚性的损害，包括因用户使用“Interpreter Database”或本服务而遭受的任何损失承担责任（即使Interpreter Database已被告知该等损失的可能性亦然）。尽管本协议中可能含有相悖的规定，Interpreter Database对用户承担的全部责任，无论因何原因或何种行为方式，始终不超过用户因使用Interpreter Database提供的服务而支付给Interpreter Database的费用(如有)。
